The most delicious surprise in my supplement program...

So many of us can benefit from adding Vitamin A to our routine. Vitamin A has benefits for the circulatory system, the eyes, hormones, immune function, cell growth, and overall health. In my own experience with biofeedback showing I benefitted from Vitamin A, I only kept finding that a Cod Liver Oil supplement wouldn't work with the rest of my program, always preferrring a coldwater fish oil, as my omega 6 source, but couldn't take both. I certainly wasn't planning to eat beef liver each day to get Vitamin A.  That wasn't a better option either.  Plant-based sources provide provitamin A carotenoids, like beta-carotene, which the body converts to the active Vitamin A called retinol.  The most delicious plant source of this crucial vitamin is Plantains!

Plantain chips, with a great variety of flavors  (now avaiable in almost every grocery store) are a convenient, and affordable source of  I was able to notice a difference in my eyesight within a few days of getting my first delicious plantain chips!  And... I craved them until my Vitamin A deficiency was filled. If you are avoiding seed oils and can't find a plantain chip product that is free of those, you make your own in avocado oil, tallow, or coconut oil, or lightly fry them on the stove. They not only taste good but also eliminate managing another supplement in your daily program.  Find your favorite plantain chip from one of my favorite places to shop right here and see what they do for you! I hope them as much as I do!
